Courses
Taste & Explore provides a range of short courses, workshops and events designed to increase the appreciation, understanding and enjoyment of food and drink.
Examples include:
- Short, introductory courses in cider & perry making; apple juice or country wine production; cheese making; or looking after apple trees. Have a go yourself and learn how to make it or do it!
- Tutored tastings, which will help you appreciate and enjoy the subtleties of food and drink.
- Learn how to use good quality food and drink to their best advantage through cooking courses and pairing of drinks with food.
